Analyzing and Visualizing Data to Support Decision-Making
This Capstone project from the Verizon edX upskilling course focused on transforming complex, real-world data into an interactive dashboard designed to answer key performance and trend-based questions. Rather than simply displaying metrics, the dashboard was built to help users understand whether trends were improving or declining, where attention should be focused, and what patterns could influence future decisions.
The dashboard provides visibility into total case trends, daily volatility, and growth rate changes, while allowing users to interactively filter by country and time period. This project strengthened my ability to structure data models, design intuitive visualizations, and present information in a way that supports operational awareness and informed decision-making.
AI-Assisted Workflow Optimization
Exploring How AI Can Support Operational Understanding
This project explored how AI tools like ChatGPT can assist with workflow analysis, problem structuring, and translating operational needs into clear, actionable outputs. The focus was on understanding how AI can complement human decision-making by helping organize information, identify patterns, and improve clarity in operational scenarios.
Through this work, I developed a stronger understanding of how AI can be applied practically - not as a replacement for operational expertise, but as a tool that supports analysis, improves efficiency, and enhances the ability to communicate insights effectively.

AI-Assisted Micro-Learning Program for Analytics and Operations Tools
Designing a Structured Learning System Using AI
Developed a structured micro-learning program using AI to accelerate my development in Excel, Power BI, Python, and SQL through focused 15-minute lessons designed for practical, real-world application. The goal was to build deeper capability in analytics and operational tools while maintaining consistency and long-term retention.
Using AI as a learning partner, I created guided exercises, applied concepts immediately, and reinforced learning through repetition and real-world scenarios. This approach allowed me to break complex topics into manageable sessions while continuously building skills aligned with operational analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
This project reflects my proactive approach to skill development and my focus on using technology intentionally to support continuous growth and operational effectiveness.
